Payments for Cathoven may be processed by third party payment processors, including Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal.

This page summarises our refund and cancellation terms. Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through Cathoven checkout or payment links (including those processed by Paddle, Stripe, or PayPal).

If you purchased through a third party platform (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play), refunds are handled under that platform’s refund rules and procedures.

2. Consumer right to cancel (14 days)

If you are purchasing mainly for personal use as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from the day after the transaction.

For subscription services, this cancellation right applies following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

3. Effect of cancellation

If you cancel within the 14 day period (and the exception below does not apply), you will be reimbursed for payments received. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.

Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and you will not be charged fees for the reimbursement.

4. Exception for immediate digital content

Where digital content is made available immediately, by downloading, streaming, or otherwise acquiring the digital content, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download or applicable transmission has begun.

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion, on a case by case basis, and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer where a product is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, the remedy is either replacement of the product or a refund of the price paid, as determined by us.

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the next billing date.
