What's included
Subscription FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in the App Store or Google Play — you can cancel in two taps. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Do I need a credit card to try the app?
No. The CEFR assessment and the first module are free. You only enter payment details when you upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I re-subscribe after cancelling?
Your progress, plan, and assessment history are saved to your account. Re-subscribing picks up exactly where you left off.
What's the refund policy?
You have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of your initial purchase — no questions asked. If you cancel within that window, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. After the 14-day window, refunds are reviewed case by case. Subscriptions auto-renew and unused periods are not refunded, so cancel before your next billing date to stop charges. To request a refund, open a ticket via our support portal or email [email protected] with your order number and purchase email — we aim to respond within 24 business hours.
